MH370, The Missing Plane

It is a crisis in Malaysia now, with the unknown fate of the plane scheduled to fly to Beijing and had disappeared not long after it took off from KLIA. Despite the situation now, most Malaysians stand united in prayers, hoping for miracles to happen and for the mystery to be unraveled soon. Many speculations are being made, but whatever theories that the people have, the main objective is to Search and Rescue, and nothing more than that until the ill fated plane is found.

Solat hajat have been and are being performed continuously, we will not give up in seeking His help and may He eases our mission. Co-incidentally, I had purchased vouchers for both my nephews, Irfan and Haziq to go for a flight simulation at Skypark, Subang Airport and did not expect that the session will be carried out when everyone out there is busy talking about how the communication from a Boeing 777 can be totally lost.

During the simulation today, guided by our pilot, Amir (I hope I got the right name), the boys were briefed on what the panels and switches are for, the function of the throbble, how to brake and manouvre the plane. All those information were too much to absorb in the morning as there were too many different things around you. So, it is never easy to handle a plane on ground, what more when it is in the air, high above at 35000 feet.

Let's not waste so much time criticising certain parties but let's put our hands together and pray that everything will get back to normal and everyone will be able to move on with life. To all pilots out there, I salute you for taking the accountability and responsibility to ensure that all your passengers are safe from the time they board the plane till they disembark it. And I pray for the safety of all crews and passengers on board of the missing MH370. Ameen
